I offer free (x)html / css coding, I do require you do keep a link to this site in the footer anywhere the template is used. This is ideal for people who design a template for use in their own site. If you get this free coding, You are not allowed to sell the template's coded version, Which is not too much to ask considering I did it for free, If you need a template coded to sell or without a link in the footer consider using my paid coding.

Paid Coding

I offer (x)html / css coding without a link in the footer for a small fee of $10.00 USD (Considering that other site's charge over $100) And unlike my free coding services you can sell the coded version all you like. I currently only accept paypal however.
